Grow 73 AGM, Harvest Diner and Drinks

Hi everyone, it is that time of year again where we need you voice and support.
We will be celebrating our achievements in our community garden. Showing you what we have achieved and what our plans are for the coming year.
We will carry out our AGM for 30 min maximum from 6.45 pm and at 7.15 pm we will welcome you for some food and drinks @Overtoun Bowling club.
There will be an opportunity to vote by proxy (please contact secretary@grow73.org to receive the proxy form and papers prior to the meeting).
As a Member of Grow 73 this is your formal invitation to participate and to receive an update on progress being made with the development of the Community Garden in Overtoun Park as well as our other activities.
Please could you RSVP by the 10th of October to Lynn at secretary@grow73.org to advise if you will attend in person or to vote by proxy. If you no longer want to be a member please let us know and we will remove you from our list.
Further papers, including an agenda, the annual report and accounts will be sent nearer the AGM date to those who advise they hope to attend the AGM.
