Grow 73 is a charity registered in Scotland. The Board of Trustees are responsible for the charity’s governance and strategy and must ensure the charity is administered effectively. They must account for its activities and outcomes, and have legal duties defined by the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.
Trustees must be members of Grow 73 and are elected by the membership annually at the AGM. The board also has powers to co-opt new Trustees between AGMs.

All Trustees are voluntary positions. The Board of trustees meets approximately 8 times/year. There are currently vacancies on the Board, and we welcome discussion with anyone who lives in the Rutherglen or Cambuslang area and who feels they have the skills and time to help Grow 73 develop and thrive in the future.
Anyone considering a role as a Trustee should first read the appropriate information on the website of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) OSCR | Trustee Duties
